Utilizzando tirofiban insieme con urochinasi possono causare a sanguinare più facilmente. Potrebbe essere necessario un aggiustamento della dose in aggiunta al test del tempo di protrombina o International Normalized Ratio (INR). Chiamate il vostro medico immediatamente se si dispone di qualsiasi sanguinamento insolito o ecchimosi, vomito, sangue nelle urine o feci, mal di testa, vertigini o debolezza. È importante informare il vostro medico su tutti gli altri farmaci in uso, tra cui le vitamine e le erbe. Non smettere di usare i farmaci senza prima parlare con il medico.

MONITORARE ATTENTAMENTE: L'obiettivo degli effetti indesiderati della glicoproteina IIb/IIIa inibitori e agenti trombolitici sono additivi, in modo tale che c'è un aumento della frequenza di emorragie maggiori complicazioni, tra cui emorragia intracranica, sanguinamento retroperitoneale, spontanea gastrointestinale (GI) e genito-urinario (GU) sanguinamento tra i pazienti trattati con entrambi i farmaci a confronto con il rischio associato con l'uso di agente da solo. In uno studio clinico, il rischio di sanguinamento aumentato duplice quando abciximab è stato dato dopo la dose completa di trombolitici, mentre altri studi non hanno riportato un aumento del rischio. Si sono verificati decessi. Arteriosa sedi di puntura può essere più problematico.

GESTIONE: si raccomanda che questi farmaci essere utilizzato insieme solo quando indicato da personale qualificato qualificato e attrezzato per rilevare e trattare le complicanze emorragiche. L'uso di successo di una terapia di combinazione della glicoproteina IIb/IIIa inibitori e dosi ridotte di trombolitici è stato segnalato in studi clinici. I pazienti devono essere attentamente monitorati per i segni di sanguinamento, in particolare presso sedi di puntura arteriosa. Trombolitica e/o glicoproteina terapia con inibitori deve essere interrotto immediatamente in caso di gravi o sanguinamento incontrollabile si verifica.
